If you placed your order online please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via email within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. As a general rule, we don't do returns do to the personal nature of our products. We will try our best to assist in a resolution to your issue!
Photos of the package and damaged product are required . Please be sure to include those when contacting Support for a faster resolution.
If the package has been delivered to the correct address, but the package is stolen from the delivery location, Swamp Shave & Soap Company is not responsible for replacing or refunding this package.
If you paid a shipping charge on your original order, shipping charges are not refundable. Tracking and insurance is provided by USPS delivery on all orders.
